Privacy on this website
This page covers kvutza.com only. How the portal treats your group's data is on the Security page and in the agreement you sign with us.
You always get your data back. If hosting ends, we keep an encrypted archive for 12 months, then delete it. Details: Security, section 6.
What we collect
Only what you send us when you ask for a demo, by email, by WhatsApp or through the demo form: your name, your email or phone number, and, if you give them, your group's name, a rough number of buyers and what you run deals on now.
Where it goes
An email or WhatsApp message comes to us directly from your own email or WhatsApp account. The demo form sends one email to us, through our email provider (Amazon SES or Resend). The website itself keeps no copy: nothing is written to a database, a spreadsheet or any portal. The email provider may keep a copy for a short time under its own policy. We keep the email in our mailbox for as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and delete it on request.
To stop floods of automated requests, the form counts requests per visitor for one hour, using a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address (for a newer IPv6 address, of its network). That count holds nothing you typed and expires on its own. If we switch on Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots, the form page loads it from Cloudflare, which runs it under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tag managers. Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) handles your internet address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
