An order counts once it's entered in your portal, whoever enters it. Test orders, trial-mode orders, canceled, rejected or can't-fulfill orders and duplicates don't count, and we don't count your buyers. Your owner can see the count in the portal at any time.

Prefer to run it yourself?

Run the same software on infrastructure you control, monthly or yearly, or make a one-time purchase. The one-time price depends on your plan's size when you buy; if your group later grows past it, you pay the difference to the bigger plan's one-time price.

If you outgrow your plan

The first month your group runs more orders than its plan allows, your owner gets a heads-up in the portal. If it happens again the next month, your plan moves up to the next one automatically. The move takes effect that day: your billing date moves to it, and the unused part of your current plan is credited. Past the largest plan, we'll agree a price for your volume.

We never move you down automatically; ask us and we'll move you down from your next billing period. Nothing is ever locked, slowed or hidden because of how many orders you run.

Billing

Pay monthly and leave at the end of any month, or pay for the year for less. Discounts are available on request; a discount applies to the plan it was given on.

If our list prices change, you keep your current price. We may move you to the new price only after written notice, and only from a later billing period.

Managed hosting or your own

Either way, your group gets its own private installation and database. With managed hosting, the portal sends us only a short health report and one number, how many orders were entered last month, to match your plan (see What we share). On infrastructure you control, we have no access unless you grant it.

Automatic WhatsApp sending through your own WhatsApp Business account: optional add-on, ask us. Meta bills its per-message charges to your group directly.
